It was early call time again for the team!… we were pretty excited as we were told that we will be serving some of the royal few twins : Raphael and Gabriel! Aren’t they double the cuteness?
We were also told that some of the expected guests were known politicians… and even Madam President herself!… and I told myself: “The Philippine president in a baptismal ceremony? – Nah! she’d probably be too busy to attend any! Oh boy, was I wrong! … “Ate Glow, was it you?”
The guys were so excited, they probably won’t take the inspection sticker off for a while!

Were off to a busy weekend! First: Xian and Bles’ Mt. Carmel Wedding!
Xian and Bles got themselves a full team, 2 photographers and the onsite video crew, including the services of my better half: Jeng who did the make-up of course!!!
We were quite surprised as we entered the couple’s hotel room, it was like the bride and groom’s relatives came in full force as well! Haha! Not much space to go to and fro! … which, by the way, made me realize the benefits of having the photographer and the make-up artist working side by side each other! Jeng, as always, was calm as she did Bles’ best look!… she was sooo beautiful as ever!

Got myself a new acquaintance just Saturday… and as requested, she asked me if we shoot child’s 7th birthday! and I went… “We shoot everything!” Haha! And so, here’s a sample album layout of Riana’s 7th birthday “Riana Rocks the Runway!!!” Actually, the actual physical album is still with us at the office, Riana’s folks are too busy I suppose! Oh well, she’ll be proud to show it to the whole world…

Here’s another wedding made in Heaven! … where else but in Midlands Tagaytay City.
The bride? Simply Flawless! Melissa… she was so pretty, with or without the make-up… It was so easy and fun to shoot. Everytime I press the shutter, it always comes out so beautiful!!!
Meanwhile… check out their onsite wedding video, by the bride’s request: “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing” by Aerosmith. Featuring a single camera set up (with part FREE 2nd cam clips)… It’s always good to carry a back-up camera everytime. May I mention, I did a lot of video shots as well during the preps… I can’t help my self! Here’s the video!

For how many months, I’ve heard from a lot of readers in this blog asking me to share some of my insights, “Photography notes” is what they say… so here’s a start.
Event Date: 7 Mar 2009
Preparation: Days Hotel, Batangas City
Ceremonies: Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, Batangas City
Reception Venue: Ginazel’s Function Hall, Batangas City
I was not feeling well during that day and to make matters worse, I have to drive the team down South to Batangas City. It was good that the extension of the STAR tollway was already open. I didn’t take us long to get to Beng’s place. It was quite strange coz my baby boy was admitted at SLMC, my daughter was vomiting before I left, and Jeng felt the same the next day…It must have been something we ate :/ Oh well, there was a job that was needed to be done!
We headed straight to Beng’s home (the bride’s) as instructed. We unloaded all our gears only to find out we were just having lunch. Beng’s family was so kind to treat us lunch before the shoot! And so basically, “we ate and run!” Haha! Off we go to Days hotel, where Brian and Beng were preparing!
We arrived 3 hours early at Day Hotel where Beng and Brian gave a warm welcome… here’s the shoot!…
