Marlon and Michelle are one of those madly in-love couples working very, very hard abroad.  In fact, due to their workload, they arrived a few days before their wedding! :) I’m so excited to share what we did for them…

4 days before Marlon and Michelle’s wedding, we were supposed to have their prenup pictorial at Intramuros, Manila. The couple were eager to get something like a 1940’s themed shoot… but at the last minute, we had to cancel the outdoor shoot since it was raining. And because we were running out of time, I convinced them just to have it done in our studio and allow us to do our “magic!” – Photoshop Magic that is!!!   I million thanks to Marlon and Michelle for trusting us…

To start with, for their onsite wedding video, they were requesting “When God Made You…” but I suggested to use something else… we ended up with something more upbeat!  Something more like them! :) Here is “John McLaughlin’s – Industry” We hope they liked it!

About the shoot? Well, we did what had to be done.  They only saw the actual signature album on their wedding day! Here is how it looked: :) We’re glad that everyone loved it! :)

Right after Marlon and Michelle Wedding, I immediately rushed to nearby Diamond Hotel for Steph’s Debut! Team 2 had a head start :) Still hyped as I was, I grabbed my gear… can’t help myself but shoot! :)   (most shots not by me… as usual, my shots will have my Name insignia) :)

I met Steph 3 months ago during her Parent’s binding (Telen and Rose Wedding)!  I also did her predebut shoot but that night, Steph was prettier than ever!!!

Be it for a wedding, a birthday or any other event, HD or 1080 systems seems to be all the buzz in the electronics world today!  Very soon all videos will be in HD, and we’re facing the transition….and today 2 of our new babies arrived! :) Welcome 2 -Brand New FX1000’s!!! Whoooaah!!!

I came home late last night from a Debut coverage (Nikki Enchanted Party) down south of the Metro and barely had a sleep…roughly about 2 hours of rest and then we head off to Bulacan for Ryan and Ruby’s wedding.

Supposedly, Ryan and Ruby booked us for April 18, 2009 but no, they didn’t missed the wedding, it was just that due to his work, Ryan, who is working in Hawaii couldn’t arrive earlier for their wedding… and so opted to celebrate 2 days later.

It was my first time to meet Ryan and Ruby in person!  I only knew them by their AVP photos!  Hehe! We actually made one for them! :) Watch it here.

We’ve had a couple of Bulacan Greenery Weddings, but this would be the first time we’ll be blogging about it.

Anyway, back to Ryan and Ruby’s wedding!  We’ arrived early at the Greenery and I was surprised to see the newly built hotel houses where Ryan+Ruby and their guests were staying… Makes you think like we were abroad!

It was actually difficult getting a smile off from Ryan. And Ruby… so relaxed, probably still feeling starstruck… well why not! It’s their wedding day!  Ruby really knows how to make her groom smile!  :)

I’m very excited to share with you our first Fernbrook Debut coverage.

We arrived early at Fernbrook (3PM) , intending to do Nikki’s pictorials by 5PM… and guess what happened… the Rain poured really hard! Darn! Darn! we missed to get the beautiful Fernbrook sunset backdraft!  Oh well! I guess, when Nikki gets her DVD raw Pictures… she’ll be pleased!

We had fun working side by side with the industry’s best event suppliers: the powercast team of Loi Villarama and his Angels, the beautiful gown distinctively Edward Teng’s, the cake distinctively  Judy Uson’s the powerhouse audios by Sound Level and of course, the impressive make-over artistry by no less than my better half Jeng Sy-Flores. And what do you get? An awesome, awesome Party! Here’s a glimpse (Nikki’s onsite Debut party):

It’s a good thing that Jeng was the make-up artist!  It was so easy to asked for favors!  From the images above, can you tell if the make-up was still undone?  :)

Canon announces entry-level DSLR

I just wanna share with you, shutterbugs and Photo addicts that the word is out… “Canon has announced the introduction of its Entry-level DSLR – the 500D“. … and get this, it now features lustful Canon’s Full Frame 5D’s pride: “The HD movie recording!”  I have yet to get my hands on a 5D! Whoohoo:) Soon baby! Very, very soon!

So weather you are a wedding photographer, a Fashion Photographer, Food, People, it would be a perfect back-up camera! It might not be what you need, but hey, this HD movie DSLR camera will certainly fit the budget!  It’ll certainly make the Nikon’s D90 a run for the money!

I did their La Mesa Ecopark prenup pictorial so I was expecting a fun, fun Wedding event!  I never thought that the fun would start as early as during the preps! :)
