I’m back! and as promised here is Darwin and Annie’s wedding! :)

Darwin and Annie is probably one of the few witty couples I have ever met! Darwin, a masters graduate while Annie is taking up her PhD degree at the East Coast (NYC).  Both of them are US residents. One of our many overseas clients!

Witty I say?  Expect another Doogie Howser in the making!  NO pressure guys!!!

I think this would be my first time to blog a Shangri-La Makati wedding!  Incidentally, everytime we have a Makati Shang wedding, I was always assigned to the other event!

The whole team numbered 11. Why too many?  Well, it was a full service: 2 Photogs, 2 videographers, an onsite video team and our pioneering onsite album team!  It was one hell of a party!  Check out their onsite album below.

Darwin and Annie’s SDE (Same day edit) video?  Well, i gotta to say “Thanks, thanks for trusting us these tasks for your special day!”  We picked a billboard No. 1 hit:  Ben Lee’s “Love Me Like The World is Ending”… we hope they love it!

During the preps, I took off early to Darwin Penthouse condo at Sommerset Bldg – just across the street. I needed the exercise anyway!  Man, I think I lost a few pounds striding across  Ayala Avenue underpasses!    I got to Darwin’s place, and met Darwin still in his Pajamas! Haha! Actually, Darwin (the groom) was sick during that day!  Anxiety – Too excited perhaps!  Can’t blame him… after all, it was his first time to be wed! :) Joke!

I had the chance to meet Steph during her predebut studio pictorial… At start, just like most of our clients, she was shy… but as the minutes went by… She’s gone natural! :) Unfortunately, I told her I won’t be available during her day!… promising that our 2nd team will do even better… and they didn’t disappoint. (So, most of the preps shots NOT by me in this post! Way to go guys!!!) – (Few shots by me towards the end of the show)

On to our weekly stay at Diamond Hotel… Since the start of the year, we’ve been at Diamond Hotel for almost every week for an event!  Even the guard noticed that we keep coming back! Hehe! “We’ve been perfecting a gig!” Haha!

Last Saturday, after 8 long steady years, Sherwin and Anna finally ties the knot.  It was a full megapixels team plus a friend/wedding newbie photographer Lucky Larga!

Raynand + Ayla

Back to EDSA ShangriLa Hotel we go… for another onsite album delivery. The set-up is exactly the same as last 2 wedding’s onsite album delivery: EDSA Shangri-La, Mt. Carmel Parish then Oasis!  Only this time it’s Raynand and Ayla’s turn!

Thanks to Leslie, the couples’ friend, who booked us for Raynand and Ayla a year ago since both were working/residing overseas!!!

It’s a full Megapixels Family Team, and were off to Stanley and Tiffany’s Grand wedding!

Tiffany(nurse) and Stanley (Civil Engineer) found their greener pasteur in “Heavenly-Cold” Ireland. They just arrived recently to be wed.

Eric + Jinky

…. and to start the New year right,

California resident sweethearts Eric and Jinky weds at Fernwood Gardens. They asked us to serve them with everything we’ve got: a full photo+video coverage, + on-site video and … our on-site album!!! … it was basically the whole megapixels family!!!

While everyone was busy with the wedding routine, our graphics team was working at the backdoor, minding our own, rushing the album…. delivered while Eric and Jinky were dancing the night away! Here’s a link to their album.
