We seldom post our wedding prenup shoots due to the many weddings we need to catch up blogging with! Anyway, by special request,  I simply can’t resist Stefan and Lucy’s prenup photo shoot at Tanay, Rizal.

At first I thought that this shoot wouldn’t push through.  Our client Stefan and Lucy were already 2 hours late and clock was ticking past 3PM.  I thought I can’t shoot for their prenup since I was having a hard time with my colds but both of my Photographers (Nard and Allan) were  sick!  But then they came around 3:30PM. And so we rushed up the mountains of Tanay to start some quick shots… and here they are… (not bad for a less than a 2 hr photo shoot!) Enjoy!

InfraRed Photography: My very first IR shoot!!!

Infrared Photography has been around and is now quite famous in weddings.  I am pleased to let you know that we have joined the band!  Just last week, i had my ever reliable Canon 30D converted to IR (infrared) since we haven’t been using it frequently.

And here’s a sweet surprise!  We had Dax and Ina’ prenup up at the mountains of  Tanay, Rizal and as a present, I’d like to present our very, very first InfraRED photography! :)  Believe it or not, Jeng took some of the shots! :) Artwork by Nik of megapixels studio (Thanks Nik).  (click the images to check out their Wedding Guestbook)

I found this set in my machine: Paolo and Rosie’s UP Diliman Prenuptial Pictorial. It would be selfish of me not to share how Paolo and Rosie celebrate their love for one another!

We started a few shots at the Megapixels studio and then hurled to UP Diliman by 4PM. Lately, we refrained oursleves from shooting at the UP campus due to permits requirements but Pao and Rosie definitely knows how to go around it! :) Watch for Paolo and Rosie’s Wedding this coming 27th of December, 2009!

Lately, I’ve been doing my prenups at Tanay, Rizal. Distance wise, it’s around 40km up the mountains of Rizal. So coming from our office, it’s not really that far. Actually, the travel time would probably spend like traveling to Manila Ecopark (say 45 mins. including traffic). My usual routine was to head towards Sierra Madre Resort but then we didn’t have enough time… Oh well, next time perhaps! Saves Carlo and Alma a few pesos!

Actually, Alma is Jeng’s (my wife) college friend during their UST Engineering days! In fact, Carlo and Alma had their commitment years before ours… I’m think were heading towards their 14th year relationship! Beat that! and finally, on Dec 26, they’ll be tying the knot in Tagaytay!!! Sooweeet!

Unfortunately, I find our shoot up at Tanay, Rizal too short. As we left the office quite late and got up the mountains at around 4PM… made a lot of quick stops and do some shoot along the way. Until the sun set on us by 5:30PM.  I’ll post some pictures of the Resort on my next post!

Where were we 2 weeks ago? We were at the Island of Boracay and did Singaporean’s Jeremy and Michelle Boracay Prenup/Vacation … We arrived mid day of Aug 30 and whew, it was indeed a very tiring ride and we ahd to start by 3PM… so off to Fairways and Bluewater Resort we went.

And to start with, Jem and Michelle brought with them some decent props! Hehe! … they had with them Wedding attire complete with bouquet! I was actually intending an outdoor shoot!

This was supposed to be an Outdoor Prenup Pictorial… but the supposed 2PM meeting became a 5PM start! Hehe!  And to make it more exciting, I was surprised to have found out that the couple wanted a 1920’s themed shoot!  Lea was feeling nausea so we ended up having the shoot at the studio!

Well… all hands up for another magic! – Photoshop magic that is!…
